How do I create pet artwork?

Simply upload a clear photo of your pet, choose an art style, and our AI will generate a unique artwork in seconds. You can then browse products featuring your artwork and add them to your cart.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

How long does shipping take?

Production typically takes 2-5 business days. After that, shipping times depend on the method you select at checkout:

  • Standard shipping: 5-12 business days
  • Express shipping: 3-5 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Can I order internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. We plan to expand international shipping in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we add new shipping destinations.

How does the AI art generation work?

We use advanced AI image models to transform your pet photo into a new artistic interpretation. The AI analyzes your pet's features -- shape, coloring, expression -- and reimagines them in the art style you choose, while preserving your pet's unique identity and likeness.

What art styles are available?

We offer 8 art styles across three categories: Classic (Oil Painting, Watercolor, Renaissance), Fun (Pop Art, Cartoon), and Artistic (Art Nouveau, Ukiyo-e, Stained Glass). Each style produces a distinct look while keeping your pet recognizable.

Will the artwork look exactly like my pet?

Our AI is designed to preserve your pet's key features and likeness. However, because each artwork is a creative interpretation, there may be artistic variations. For the best results, upload a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible and facing the camera.

Can I regenerate my artwork if I don't like the result?

Yes! Each generation creates a unique result. You can generate new artwork from the same photo with the same or different style. Review your artwork on screen before ordering products to make sure you love it.

What products can I put my artwork on?

We offer a range of premium products including canvas prints, framed posters, mugs, t-shirts, tote bags, phone cases, and more. Our product catalog is always growing -- check the product page for the latest options.

What is the quality of the products?

All products are manufactured by Printful, a leading print-on-demand provider. They use high-quality materials and professional printing processes. Canvas prints are gallery-wrapped on solid wood frames, apparel uses premium fabrics, and mugs are dishwasher-safe ceramic.

Are the colors on the printed product accurate?

We optimize each artwork for print to ensure vibrant, accurate colors. However, minor variations between your screen and the printed product are normal due to differences between digital displays and print processes. We use high-resolution upscaled artwork for the sharpest possible print quality.

Returns & Issues

What if my product arrives damaged?

We stand behind our quality. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. See our Satisfaction Guarantee for full details.

Can I return a product if I don't like the art style?

Because each product is custom-made to order with your unique artwork, we cannot accept returns for style preference. We encourage you to review your AI-generated artwork carefully before placing an order. If there is a print quality issue, that is covered under our guarantee.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

We are sorry about that! Please email us at support@petmasterpiece.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will ship the correct item right away at no extra cost.
