When you place an order, we collect your full name, shipping address, and email address. This information is necessary to fulfill your order and send you updates about your purchase.
Payment Information

- Printful: Our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Receives your shipping address and the artwork file needed to produce your order.
- Replicate: Our AI model provider. Receives your uploaded pet photo to generate artwork. Photos are processed and not retained by Replicate beyond the generation session.
- Supabase: Our database and authentication provider. Stores your account data and uploaded images securely.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our site. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Data Retention
We retain your account information and artwork for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for legal and accounting purposes. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
