Our Quality Promise

Every product is printed on premium materials by our fulfillment partner, Printful. We carefully optimize your AI-generated artwork for each product to ensure vibrant colors and sharp detail. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a significant print quality issue, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund -- your choice.

What Is Covered

  • Damaged in transit: Product arrived broken, torn, or otherwise physically damaged during shipping.
  • Defective printing: Noticeable print defects such as smudging, misalignment, faded colors, or blank areas.
  • Wrong item: You received a different product or size than what you ordered.
  • Missing items: Part of your order did not arrive.

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Email us at support@petmasterpiece.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number (found in your confirmation email or dashboard).
  3. Attach photos of the issue -- a clear picture of the damaged or defective area plus the product as a whole.
  4. We will review your claim and respond within 1-2 business days.

Resolution Options

Once your claim is approved, you can choose:

  • Free replacement: We will reprint and ship a new product to you at no cost.
  • Full refund: We will refund the full purchase price including shipping costs to your original payment method.

What Is Not Covered

  • Style preference: AI-generated artwork is subjective and unique. If you are not satisfied with the artistic style or interpretation, this is not covered under our guarantee. We recommend reviewing your artwork carefully on screen before ordering products.
  • Color variations: Minor differences between on-screen colors and printed output are normal due to differences between digital displays and print processes.
  • Wear and tear: Damage from normal use, washing (for apparel), or improper handling after delivery.
  • Claims after 30 days: We require claims to be submitted within 30 days of delivery to qualify.
